Your listing looks good, and I like how you have the host description filled out and property description in paragraphs and bullet points. A few things I would suggest…
~Change out the first 5 photos to hook a potential guest to look more. Showcase the amenities and best features of the property.
~I would also get some professional photos taken asap from a photographer that’s experienced with capturing a STR.
~Add some colorful wallpaper that fits the area, especially behind beds and the tall wall in the living room and over the kitchen cabinets.
~Add a couple neon signs to create an Instagram wall.
~I would also suggest switching some of the decor pieces from farmhouse to more modern beach.
Something I always suggest to hosts is go to Airbnb and search the area your STR is located, using the same bed/bath/guest count as your property. Take a close look at the first couple of pages and see what do those STR look like, what amenities do they have, what do their photos and marketing copy look like. Alot of info can be gained just looking at the competition and doing one or two extra things they aren’t doing.
Build your STR with a guest experience in mind and showcase that experience through the design and then photos. Not only does it bring bookings in but also sends a happy guest home which turns into a 5-star experience.
