The captions on your listing are some of the best! Not only are you calling to your guest avatar but also making them slightly humorous. I love it! But I would suggest making your description a little easier to read. Give the sq footage, bed/bath count, high points, and amenities in bullet points, then break out into small paragraphs of each room. I would also change the listing title to showcase the amenities you have to offer, instead of mentioning the location.
The photography is great with those extra details giving potential guests a visual of themselves staying at the property. But there’s a lot of brown and I wondered if you could find ways to add color or a few lighter tones here and there. Pillows and green plants can really help with this, and when it comes time to replace large pieces of furniture, go with a lighter color of even a fun color, linen fabrics or faux leather for couches and accent chairs.
